Events

The Connector Collaborative is a quarterly in-person convening of all trained Connectors and their supervisors. These meetings serve as a space for ongoing Coordinated Entry (CE) training and policy reinforcement, resource sharing, and technical assistance. Sessions include housing problem-solving support, networking opportunities, and updates on CE and relevant HMIS changes. The Collaborative also provides a vital feedback loop, allowing Housing for Health Partnership to hear directly from Connectors about what's working and where challenges exist - ensuring CE evolves responsively and effectively.

The annual Point-in-Time (PIT) Count is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2026. The PIT Count is vital to secure funding and support the development of policies that will help resolve homelessness in Santa Cruz County. If you are interested in volunteering, Sign up here.

The PIT Count will take place county-wide with the help of volunteers, including community members, those experiencing homelessness and staff from multiple city and county departments. Using an app-based data collection tool, volunteers will cover the entire county on the morning of January 29 from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
